BBQ Ranch Salad

“High in protein and low in fat, this scrumptious salad has become a favorite. bbqranchsalad

  • ¾ c. cubed cooked chicken breast
  • ¾ c. kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 sm. tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 froz corn, thawed
  • 2 T chopped red onion
  • ¼ c. Ranch
  • 1 T. BBQ sauce
  • 1 ½ c. torn romaine lettuce

Directions:

Combine chicken, beans, tomato, corn and onion. Combine dressing and BBQ sauce; pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 min. Serve over romaine.glamorama
