  • 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
  • 4–8 fish fillets (whichever kind is desirable to you)
  • container of Season-All spice
  • onion, tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, and potatoes to your liking
  • Optional: 1/4 can of beer

Directions:fish

May cook over grill or campsite fire (oak logs work best).

Coat a 9 x 12 cake pan with 1/4 lb. stick of butter or margarine, completely covering pan. Place 4–8 filets in a row over buttered pan bottom. Sprinkle Season-All seasoning and chopped-up onion on top of filets to your liking. Add chopped tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, and potatoes to your liking. You may fill up the entire cake pan.

Slice other 1/4 lb. of butter into smaller pieces and add to top of mixture. Optional: Lightly pour beer over top of entire mixture. Sprinkle more Season-All seasoning over top of pan. Use aluminum foil to make tent and cover cake pan (to keep juices in). Cook over flame for 30–40 minutes, until filets are flaky white

Serves 4–6 people
